Return policy for all products with some exceptions

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange.

From time to time, due to market conditions, certain products may be non-refundable. If you order a non-refundable product, we will contact you prior to fulfilling your order, advise you of the refund restrictions and offer you the option to cancel your order.

Returned items must be in the original packaging. Returns are at the customer’s expense.

Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EST).

Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase.

Return policy for all products in lightbars category (emergency vehicle lights)

We are offering a 30-day return policy on new, unused products. If products are returned within a 7-day window, we waive the minimum 20% restocking fee. If the product is returned after 7 days, then the customer will be subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee pulled from the return credit.

Customers may return unused products purchased within the last (30) days by sending them back to the same shipping address where it came from.

Original packing slips must be included in order to process your return request. Package the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging.

Returns are at the customer’s expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly issue an exchange in accordance with this policy. We recommended insuring your package and sending it via a trackable method of your choice.

All products are with different warranty and return policy. For more information about your purchased product, please call us or send a message, and we will get back to as soon as possible.
