No shipping and handling is charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $50 or more before tax.

Highway Supply USA is authorized dealer for all listed products on the website. All purchased products are coming from the manufactures located in USA and all returns are going back to the same location.

If you receive damaged product immediately contact us at sales@highwaysupplyusa.com or though the chat support. We are open Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm EST. If we are closed, please contact us next business day and we will take care of the problem with your purchased item.

Yes, you can cancel order as long as your order is not shipped yet. Contact us at sales@highwaysupplyusa.com or through the chat support and we can help you with that. We need to verify your account, by providing first and last name, email address on your account, date of purchase and order number. If your order is shipped, we can not cancel it or change it. You can return your purchased item, in not damaged condition.

Once your purchase is completed and your order is shipped, we will send you email with tracking number.

Once you place an order, immediately your payment will be taken. If your credit/debit card is declined, your order will be cancelled. You can use Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express card to purchase item from www.highwaysupplyusa.com

Exempt purchasers need to provide us with a copy of a state resale certificate, exemption certificate or other acceptable proof of your exempt status for the state where the items will be shipped.

  2. Send us email with exemption certificate at sales@highwaysupplyusa.com or call us at (570) 654 3391 and we will attach Tax Exempt on your account for future purchases.

This process takes 5 minutes and you can use your account immediately.
